Island winters leave salt, sand, moss and green algae on hard surfaces. We wash it off with a pressure washer set to the correct level for the material, so concrete gets cleaned and vinyl and wood do not get scarred.
For siding we use a soft wash with a cleaning solution rather than high pressure. That removes the green growth without forcing water behind the boards.
We rinse plants before and after, cover what needs covering, and clean up when we finish. A typical driveway takes one to two hours.
Winter salt, sand and tire marks removed.
Green algae and dirt cleaned off without damage.
Grey surface cleaned back so stain absorbs evenly.
Moss and weeds cleaned out of the joints.
Outside cleaned up before photos and showings.
Wood and vinyl fences cleaned along both sides.

No, because we soft wash siding with a cleaning solution and low pressure instead of blasting it. High pressure can force water behind the boards, so we do not use it there.
